What It Takes To Make a Good Golf Course Better

      To enhance the beauty and playability of the course, Maple Ridge Golf Club arranged for Craig Schreiner in 1999 to come in and give our course a “makeover.” Mr. Schreiner was ably assisted by none other than Larry Mize, 1987 Masters champ and Columbus resident. The two of them took great advantage of the natural terrain, making major improvements to the course. Mize continues to consult on an “as needed” basis.

Blind shots were reduced. While we left enough challenge in the course, we did make it a little more player-friendly. Remember – our philosophy is that your game here should be pleasurable.
