2010 Corporate Memberships, Outings and "Flex" Golf

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS

Your company pays a one-time initiation fee of $2,000, and may then select up to four (4) individuals to enjoy full membership privileges. Either the company or the employee assumes monthly dues payment responsibilities. In the event an employee leaves the company, you may re-assign the membership to another person by notifying the Club for a $100 transfer fee.

Alternatives: $1,500 for three (3) slots; $1,000 for two (2) slots. Same conditions apply.

EMPLOYEE / GROUP RATE MEMBERSHIPS

Companies may secure discounted initiation fees for employees when more than one joins at the same time. Full Membership at Maple Ridge Golf Club carries a $1,500 initiation fee. Whether the firm or employee pays the initiation fee, the initiation fee is reduced as follows (standard monthly dues apply for practice range, golf course and clubhouse privileges):

2 employees: $1,000       3 employees: $750 each       4 employees: $500 each

5 employees: $ 375 each       6+ employees: $250 each       (All must join within 1 week)

COMPLETE GOLF OUTING PACKAGE*

• Generally reserved for Tuesdays when the Club is closed, these full-service outings are in big demand, especially in the spring and fall. You’ll have exclusive use of Club facilities!
• Includes Greens & Cart Fees, Range Balls, Lunch or Dinner, 5 Beverage Coupons (soft drinks or beer) and $5 golf shop merchandise per player to use for prizes.
• Outing services include: Staff Member as Designated Coordinator, Beverage Cart Service, Preparation of Scorecards, Cart Signs, Rules & Info Sheets, Scoreboard & Contest Markers

Outing for 50 players or more: $60 per player ($3,000 minimum to reserve the Club)

SMALL GROUP OUTINGS*

• Perfect for customer/employee appreciation, Weekdays or Sat. afternoons! 8 players @ $55
• Civic Clubs, Church or School Groups, Family Reunions, Fundraisers! 12-16 players @ $50
• Includes Greens & Cart Fees, Range Balls and Lunch for all players! 20-40 players @ $45

"FLEX" GOLF

• A new option for companies to entertain customers and/or reward employees on short notice!
• Control a "bank" of rounds of golf at Maple Ridge. Designate a key person to book tee times through our front desk, subject to availability (member priority). Saturday mornings excluded.
• Rounds are to be used within a year, or may be rolled over provided another purchase is made for the following year. Groups of 8 or more persons may include lunch and must be routed through Sales and Marketing department.

30 rounds @ $70 = $2,100             75 rounds @ $50 = $3,750

50 rounds @ $60 = $3,000           100 rounds @ $40 = $4,000
